Where it is
On the registry map, Mitchell Avenue runs along Betton Hills’ western side, and Oakdale Street and Woodgate Way mark its northern and eastern edges. Its busiest streets, from Leon County’s address map, are Lee Avenue, Armistead Road, Trescott Drive, Marion Avenue, Marston Road, Ellicott Drive and the two Randolph Circles.
The county places about 750 addresses inside it, all in the city: about 74% in ZIP code 32308 and 26% in 32303. None carries a unit number on the county’s map, which means the area is almost entirely single-family houses.
Schools
From a sample of county address points checked against Leon County Schools’ zone maps, the whole mapped area shares one set of schools:
| Level | School | Address | 2026 grade |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elementary | Sullivan Elementary | 927 Miccosukee Road | B |
| Middle | Cobb Middle | 915 Hillcrest St. | A |
| High | Leon High | 550 E. Tennessee St. | B |
Grades are the Florida Department of Education’s 2026 results. Zones can change, so check each address with the School Zone Lookup. More is in our schools guide.
Home values
Zillow does not publish a Betton Hills value, so its two ZIP codes are the closest guide. The Zillow Home Value Index put the typical home at:
| Area | August 2026 | August 2025 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| ZIP 32308 | $341,563 | $335,164 | +1.9% |
| ZIP 32303 | $239,971 | $235,537 | +1.9% |
| Tallahassee (city) | $294,444 | $290,281 | +1.4% |
The index is a modeled typical value for the middle third of homes, not a sale price, and both ZIP codes cover far more than Betton Hills. More is on our home prices page.
